WEB-TPA, Inc. is seeking an HR Advisor in Irving, Texas to support employees and managers with HR information and guidance. You will resolve first-contact inquiries, triage issues, and manage cases requiring research, while helping with HR transactions in HR systems.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of related HR or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with HR guidance.
• Triagize inquiries and open cases for research and escalation as needed.
• Document inquiries and track case progress in the case management tool.
• Assist with HR data entry and HRIS transactions.
• Provide benefits, onboarding and wellness support as part of HR services.
