WebTPA Employer Services, LLC in Irving, TX seeks an HR Advisor to respond to employee and manager inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, delivering HR information and guidance from the HR knowledgebase. You will triage calls, open cases, and support HR data entry and processes.

Responsibilities cover benefits, compensation, employee relations, onboarding and learning systems, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or related experience with 1-2 years in HR/generalist roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR information and guidance to employees and managers via calls, email or chat.
• Manage intake of inquiries, triage, and case management using the HR knowledgebase.
• Document inquiries in the case management tool and escalate when needed.
• Key HR data entry and maintenance in HR systems, ensure data integrity.
• Support benefits sessions, onboarding, enrollment and learning initiatives.
