NorthMark Strategies LLC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a flagship HPC Center buildout, spanning multiple buildings and years with $500M+ capital investment. You will lead a team of HPC Project Managers and partner with executives to translate strategy into structured plans and governance.

You will drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, data center operations, procurement, construction, and finance, while

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in technical program or project management
• Proven track record owning large-scale, multi-year infrastructure programs ($250M+ capex)
• Experience building and leading team of project/program managers
• Fluency in core program mgmt: critical path, risk, resource, governance

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of flagship HPC Center buildout across multiple phases and buildings
• Build and develop a team of HPC Project Managers; assign scope and hold accountability
• Establish program standards, tooling, and governance across the buildout
• Coordinate with utilities, permitting, and municipal stakeholders to keep schedule
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI reporting to SVP and board
• Manage site-level vendor/contractor relationships and major hardware procurement
