Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC²) is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a flagship HPC Center buildout. You will lead a team of HPC Project Managers, establish governance standards, and coordinate with utilities, permitting authorities, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery over a multi-year program.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with large-scale capital infrastructure programs ($250M+ capex).
• Proven track record leading teams of project/program managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the flagship HPC Center buildout.
• Build, manage, and develop a team of HPC Project Managers.
• Establish program management standards, methodology, and tooling.
• Coordinate with utilities, permitting, and municipal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary program governance partner to SVP, translating priorities into plans and reporting.
