Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior HPC Deployment Manager to oversee AI HPC data center initiatives and lead a multi-disciplinary team of experts. You will supervise hardware/software deployments, vendor coordination, and project execution across demanding client environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT/HPC with leadership experience, strong InfiniBand/Ethernet interconnect knowledge, and expertise in Slurm, OpenMP, MPI, NCCL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/HPC
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role
• Expertise in HPC design, configuration and storage
• Proficiency with low latency/high-bandwidth interconnects (Infiniband/Ethernet)
• Experience with HPC cluster management tools (Slurm, salt, xCAT)
• Proficiency with memory parallelism (OpenMP, MPI, NCCL, HPL) and GPUs
• Strong scripting (Bash, Perl, Python) and Linux administration

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises HPC engineering functions across design, install, and validation of AI HPC systems
• Leads planning, implementation, and performance of HPC projects
• Drives deployment, testing, and validation procedures for HPC AI networks
• Leads team activities, defines career development and ensures project delivery
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service
• Maintains industry currency and aligns with NVIDIA AI solutions engineering
• Be the domain authority during planning calls through implementation
