Job summary

MHA Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee daily operations of multiple housing programs, providing leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to ensure recovery-oriented, trauma-informed services in alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.

The role drives staff development, manages budgets, promotes program growth, and cultivates strong partnerships with funders and community stakeholders, advancing housing-first and person-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in housing, homelessness, or tenancy preservation.
• Lived experience of homelessness and/or recovery preferred.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to Program Supervisors, ensuring high-quality services.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple housing programs, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Review and approve participant assessments, referrals, placements, and support needs.
• Monitor program budgets and promote responsible fiscal management.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for licensing, funding, and accreditation.
