Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Program Manager - Senior Housing to lead and manage the Senior Housing programs in Cook and Lake counties. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize budgets, and develop a high-performing team to enhance resident well-being and program impact.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with internal departments, and the ability to build partnerships with residents, families, and local agencies

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic coordination of Senior Housing programs.
• Evaluate program performance and resident outcomes, identify improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, partners, and local agencies.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, and Social Services to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Lead and develop the Senior Housing team with clear goals and ongoing coaching.
• Provide staff development through training and mentorship.
