Qualifications

• Bachelorfe degree in business, social service, or related field(s) (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in assisted housing inspections, construction, code enforcement, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises inspection staff, assigns workloads, monitors daily schedules and routes, and ensures inspections are completed within required timeframes.
• Trains, mentors, evaluates, and supports inspection staff development.
• Monitors regulatory changes and implements changes to inspection practices, policies, and procedures.
• Prepares and monitors reports related to inspection outcomes and program performance.
• Ensures landlords and voucher holders are notified of inspection results and required repairs.
