Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical and business operations of their site/program(s).

The role focuses on staff who work with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community and to increase income stability, while ensuring high-quality support services and adherence to program processes. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher preferred in behavioral health.
• 1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field are required.
• Experience with specialty populations (SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
• Supervise staff providing housing resources and services to clients; guide program processes and services.
