Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Housing and Community Integration to oversee managers and program operations, ensuring policy adherence and staff development.

The role involves coordinating with partners, assisting with grant opportunities, and presenting at conferences or meetings with funders. The incumbent will collect data, maintain compliance with AAC/CARF standards and funder requirements, and support Dayforce scheduling, timecard review, and PTO approvals as part of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) per policy.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card preferred.
• Peer Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Managers and Supervisors and program operations.
• Provide guidance, training, scheduling, and ensure staff skill competence and policy adherence.
• Staff-shadow for quality assurance and represent the program to partners and funders.
• Assist with grant opportunities, data collection, and timely reporting.
• Build community relationships for expansion funding and lead presentations at events.
