Responsibilities include maintaining client profiles, timely lead follow-up, and negotiating room rates and function space, while fostering cross-department collaboration to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: targets high revenue potential sales calls; must have own transport and valid driver's license.
• Key Account Management: maximize current hotel key accounts for revenue growth.
• New Account Development: acquire new business through networking and market research.
• Acquires referrals from existing accounts: follow up within 48 hours.
• Plans and implements a hit list to create new revenue and contacts.
• Yield Management: negotiate room rates and space to improve performance.
• Account Service: maintain well-documented client files and relationships.
