You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure brand standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance leadership in hospitality and a technical background.

Qualifications

• High school education required; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum five years in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in hotels.
• Two years of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proactive maintenance programs to brand standards.
• Lead safety practices and inspect guestrooms after maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and manage work orders and deficiencies.
• supervise capital projects and life-safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
