Responsibilities

• Ensure preventative maintenance programs meet brand standards across equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain safety compliance.
• Inspect guest rooms post-maintenance and address issues with staff.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage work orders.
• Prioritize and complete work orders and monitor deficiencies.
• Oversee pool and spa maintenance per brand and health regulations.
• Maintain hotel grounds and exterior appearance.
• Assist other departments with guest requests and issues.
• Coordinate and supervise capital projects with vendors.
• Educate staff on emergency procedures and safety.
