Schulte Hospitality Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee property grounds and hotel guest rooms, conduct preventive maintenance, and complete work orders. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Qualificações

• Minimum of two to three years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest rooms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Respond to maintenance orders promptly.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
