Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in hotels.
• Two years of college or trade school equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive preventative maintenance programs to brand standards, including HVAC, laundry, and plumbing.
• Follow safe working practices and conditions.
• Inspect guest rooms after maintenance and address issues with staff.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage work orders.
• Oversee pool and spa maintenance per brand standards and regs.
• Support other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.
