• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/call situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance across the hotel's physical property.
• Inspect and repair hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanical tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professional guest service.
• Keep maintenance logs and work orders up to date.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized work.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and hotel standards.
