Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center is seeking a Cook to join the kitchen team in Arlington. You will prepare and plate high-quality menu items, following recipes and portion controls, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, inspecting ingredients for freshness, and ensuring timely service. A strong knowledge of sanitation standards and flexible scheduling are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Upscale, high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant cooking experience.
• Knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
