Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, TX is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and plate menu items, follow standardized recipes, and help ensure all foods are prepared safely and to our quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary culinary training, and at least 1 year of high-volume kitchen experience. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus culinary training/certification.
• 1 year of experience cooking in high-volume kitchen or similar setting.
• Thorough knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
