HHM Hotels is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead account development, drive revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction across all hotel services. You will interview, select, train, schedule, and coach associates, maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, and coordinate departments to service accounts.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality sales experience, an associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, and a track record of negotiating favorable terms while traveling locally

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales required and previous hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand standards.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to clients.
• Use professional sales techniques to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage accounts ensuring solicitation and closing activities are complete and documented.
• Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
• Maintain hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Develop and deliver persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel and review competition.
• Represent hotel at trade shows.
