Job summary

Hilton seeks a Senior Sales Manager to oversee designated corporate accounts, cultivate new business, and drive total hotel revenue from rooms, catering and F&B services. You will serve as the primary liaison for group rooms, meetings, and contracted services, negotiating terms and guiding the sales approach.

This role requires leading a sales team, crafting strategic plans, analyzing performance, and coordinating with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel corporate, MICE or group sales.
• Proven revenue growth and key account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for group rooms, meetings and F&B.
• Drive new business through outreach, inquiries, and proactive sales.
• Manage full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rates, contracts, fulfillment.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue and room-night goals.
• Analyze sales data to improve conversion and competitiveness.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure contracted services meet high standards.
• Lead and develop the sales team through coaching and support.
