Job summary

Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy services across campus and satellite clinic locations. You will direct daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a 25–30 FTE team of pharmacists and technicians.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will shape budgeting, workflow design, and quality initiatives to deliver safe, efficient patient care within Mass General Brigham.

Qualifications

• Requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state where practicing.
