Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and make independent decisions in a high-pressure environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct daily maintenance workflows; escalate as needed.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Monitor BAS platforms to optimize environment and energy efficiency.
• Oversee third-party contractors, schedule site visits, and ensure QA.
• Respond to facility emergencies and diagnose issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and life-safety codes.
• Travel to local satellite facilities to support operations as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Coach team members and share expertise across functions.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• Contribute to new processes and standards to meet goals.
