Qualifikationen

• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily maintenance workflows and monitor SLAs.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Monitor BAS platforms to optimize energy and environmental conditions.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure contract compliance.
• Respond to facility emergencies and diagnose issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and life safety codes.
• Provide on-site support at satellite facilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Coach others and foster expertise across the engineering team.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive objectives across multi-discipline teams.
• Contribute to new standards and operational plans.
• Explain complex ideas clearly to influence stakeholders.
