CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer to operate, maintain, and repair critical building systems at a premier healthcare facility. The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and comfortable environments for patients, staff, and visitors.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficient system operation.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and keep a clean workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental requirements.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information to stakeholders.
