Syneos Health seeks a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

The Senior Representative will manage hospital relationships, provide clinical information, present to physicians and staff, and collaborate across a matrixed sales organization while training under corporate policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from accredited institution.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage hospital relationships – engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs & priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations of approved products to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other clinic personnel using customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage all resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate across GSK''s matrixed sales organization with Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other stakeholders to drive business execution.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by industry and corporate policies.
