Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on the value of our products.

The role requires 5+ years of proven pharmaceutical/biotech sales, 3+ years calling on hospitals, a BA/BS degree, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 50% including overnight stays is expected. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using engagement selling model.
• Utilize resources to optimize customer engagement across the account.
