Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Representative in Santa Clara, CA for a full-time role with excellent benefits and a competitive base salary plus bonus. The candidate will promote hospice services and develop referrals from physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.

Local candidates with proven hospice/home health sales experience (2+ years) are preferred, with the ability to expand relationships and manage contact-source networks.

Competenze

• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services – 2+ years of successful experience.
• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)

Position Responsibilities:

• High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
• Promote our Hospice programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

• Local with established referral sources
• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
