AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Team Director for Hospice in Groesbeck, TX. This full-time, Monday–Friday role leads the clinical team, coordinates scheduling and payroll, and ensures timely assessments and documentation across the program.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree (CHPN preferred), RN licensure, and at least three years in hospice or related settings, plus one year of supervisory experience and valid CPR. Travel between locations is required.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred in nursing.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Three+ years hospice, home health, GMS, oncology, or geriatrics experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Valid CPR certification preferred and driving to all locations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with program site leadership.
• Responsible for scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted in time.
• Oversee development and implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation.
