AccentCare, Inc. is recruiting a Hospice Registered Nurse Team Director to lead the direct care team and oversee program operations. This full-time role requires supervising staff, coordinating assessments, and ensuring high-quality patient care across locations.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (CHPN preferred), several years in hospice or related settings, and a valid CPR certification. A driving license and willingness to travel to all business locations are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred.
• Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or geriatric nursing.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations.
• Meet state regulatory requirements where the program operates.

Responsabilités

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members with program site leadership.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and administrative duties.
• Ensure initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted timely by qualified staff.
• Oversee interdisciplinary group care plans for each patient and family.
• Collaborate with site leadership to mentor staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Support staff education and quality improvement activities.
