Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Registered Nurse / RN Team Director for our Houston hospice operations. This full-time role is based in Houston with coverage across South Houston communities and involves leadership of the patient and family care team.

Ideal candidates have hospice clinical background, supervisory experience, and CHPN certification preferred. Travel to multiple site locations is required, with a strong emphasis on care quality and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, or related nursing fields.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with site leadership.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure initial assessments and required reassessments are completed timely by qualified staff.
