Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to lead referral development across the assigned market. The role involves representing hospice services to referral partners, patients, families and community partners, and expanding relationships with diverse referral sources.

You will collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care, requiring healthcare sales experience and strong local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
