Qualifications
- 2+ years hospice/home health sales experience
- Ability to establish and expand referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history with verifiable performance
Responsibilities
- Promote hospice or home health programs to physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners that refer to hospice.
