Job summary

Silverado Hospice is hiring a Senior Hospice Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and promote Silverado’s hospice services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will drive census growth, conduct outside sales calls, and present Silverado’s care programs to medical professionals and community partners.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years of outside healthcare sales and strong time management. A valid driver’s license is required to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources, meeting sales quota and conversion ratio requirements.
• Generate qualified referrals contributing to census development.
• Promote Silverado’s programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and community partners.
• Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, the community, and families.
• Manage a sales territory and maintain a contact database.
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing accounts.
