Job summary

Silverado Hospice Dallas covers Dallas and Fort Worth, joining a nationally recognized team ranked in the top 10 by Fortune Magazine. We’re hiring a Senior Hospice Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and promote Silverado’s hospice services within the community.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, at least 4 years of outside sales in healthcare, strong time management, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales calls to referral sources to meet sales quotas and conversion targets
• Generate qualified referrals to contribute to census growth
• Promote Silverado’s hospice services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and community partners through regular visits
• Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, the community, and families reflecting Silverado’s quality of care
• Manage a sales territory and maintain a contact database
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing accounts

We’re hiring a Senior Hospice Liaison – a dynamic and results-driven professional who will build strong relationships with referral sources and promote Silverado’s hospice services within the community. This role is essential to driving census growth and ensuring that patients and families receive timely, compassionate care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Anticipated pay range

$100,000 - $110,000 USD
