Job summary

Silverado Hospice Orange County, serving Anaheim area, is seeking a Hospice Liaison to connect patients with compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. You will build relationships with referral sources and educate healthcare professionals and families about our hospice services.

In this mission-driven role, you will conduct outside sales calls, travel within the territory, meet quotas, and promote Silverado’s programs while delivering exceptional service and support to families and providers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice
• Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements
• Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development
• Promote and position Silverado’s programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits
• Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals in a manner that reflects Silverado’s quality of care
• Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
