Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice/Home Health Sales Executive to drive growth across hospice and home health programs. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and community partners to secure referrals.

Candidates must have 2+ years in hospice or home health sales, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proven performance history. We offer an excellent benefits package, bonus opportunities and a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven hospice and/or home health sales experience.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Looking for both Home Health & Hospice Sales Representatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
• Promote our Hospice or Home Health unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
