Job summary

Ethos is seeking a high-energy Hospice/Home Health Sales Executive to grow our referral network in the Plano area. You will promote our hospice and home health programs by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other community partners that refer patients to hospice.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Hospice/Home Health sales experience, excels at working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Hospice/Home Health sales experience.
• Proven ability to establish and expand referral networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice/home health programs to physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
• Develop and expand relationships with referral sources and community partners.

• High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
• Promote our Hospice or Home Health unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

• Local with established referral sources
• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
