CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to support remote work across the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska). The role focuses on applying quality assurance techniques to examine claims outputs and business processes within CSAA's claims organization.

You will plan, execute, analyze, and present audit outcomes while leading projects and collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years experience in claims handling.
• Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA) in related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply QA techniques to examine claims output and business processes.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and present outcomes of auditing activities.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and coordinate teams under broad direction.
• Prepare persuasive written reports for claims executives and other leaders.
• Build a professional network with claims leaders and facilitate project meetings.
• Mentor and train peers in technical aspects of the job.
• May step into a temporary leadership role within Claims QA or a claims team if needed.
