Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to work remotely across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will lead audits, analyze claims data, and report results to executives, driving remediation of deficiencies and process improvements.

The role requires 6+ years of claims experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. An advanced degree or audit background is a plus, with a remote-first culture supporting work-life

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA) in a related area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and present outcomes of claims-related auditing activities.
• Lead multiple audits and projects concurrently.
• Prepare persuasive reports for claims executives and leaders.
• Build and maintain a network with claims leaders.
• Mentor newer peers in technical aspects of the job.
