Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to join our remote team and lead QA activities across the claims organization. You will plan and execute audits, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and present findings to executives to drive remediation and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and analyses.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent; 6+ years claims handling experience.
• Advanced degree (CPA, MBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple QA projects and teams.
• Plan, execute, and report on claims audits and related activities.
• Develop actionable remediation recommendations for leadership.
• Train newer analysts and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with claims leaders and business partners to improve processes.
