CSAA Insurance Group is hiring for a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst. The role is remote anywhere in the United States with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska.

The team applies QA techniques to examine claims processes, conducts audits, and prepares reports for senior leadership to drive remediation. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in property claims handling, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong skills in data analysis, Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling.
• A bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies quality assurance techniques to examine output and efficiency of CSAA claims processes.
• Plans, executes and analyzes claims-related audits and leads projects.
• Prepares written reports for executives and leaders to drive remediation of deficiencies.
• Trains newer peers in technical aspects of the job and mentors others.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently and may step into leadership roles as needed.
• Builds professional network with claims leaders and facilitates project meetings.
