CSAA Insurance Group is hiring for a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst. This remote role is open nationwide with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. You will apply QA methods to assess claims processes, plan and lead audits, and report findings to executives while mentoring teammates.

You will collaborate with claims leaders, analyze data, and adapt to changing priorities, contributing to risk mitigation and service quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred advanced degree (CPA, MBA) in related area.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, analyzes, and presents outcomes of claims-related auditing activities.
• Leads projects and occasionally acts in leadership roles within Claims QA.
• Prepares written reports for executives to drive remediation of deficiencies.
• Mentors peers and builds networks with claims leaders.
