Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and document control skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the job site and supervise daily trade partner activities.
• Plan all construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain safety logs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Utilize BuildPro for trade partner notification and invoice approval.
• Provide mentorship to Assistant CM and CM.
• Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion.
• Lead field meetings with trade partners, staff, and sales.
