Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr Construction Manager to lead residential construction across multiple community projects. The role oversees daily trade partner activities, mentors Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers, and ensures schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met on site.

You will coordinate pre-construction through final walkthroughs, work with inspectors, and uphold safety practices while guiding teams to deliver zero-defect homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction management.
• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to mentor staff.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and document management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily trade partner activities and site crews.
• Plan construction activities from start to finish with meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain safety logs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Utilize Build Pro for trade partner notification and invoicing.
• Provide guidance to Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers.
• Coordinate field meetings with trade partners, staff, and sales.
