The role requires deep knowledge of residential construction lending, strong communication, and ability to navigate complex underwriting. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of lending experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to execute and service complex loan types including development loans.
• Understanding homebuilder financial statements and construction industry considerations.
• Knowledge of residential construction techniques and ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities with homebuilder clients and prospects.
• Cultivate relationships and act as banking consultant to customize solutions.
• Manage portfolio to meet loan, deposit growth, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely line renewals and credit approvals.
