Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager with experience in Homebuilder & Community Finance Banking to drive the bank’s income by expanding existing high-tier clients and acquiring new relationships.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver a full range of financial solutions, and work with partners to close deals while managing risk and maintaining client satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of real estate or commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis or portfolio management.
• Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, industry trends, and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on client coverage with disciplined calling and understanding client objectives.
• Partners across the firm to deliver the whole bank and oversee deals from inception to close.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on financial products, markets, regulations, and Real Estate trends.
• Manages risk and ensures fidelity to risk appetite in client work.
• Maintains pipeline and sales production using reports and systems.
