• 10 years of experience in business development, credit portfolio managing and analysis and structuring of CRE credit transactions in the assigned local market.
• Formal credit training required.
• Excellent knowledge of local Real Estate industry; expert real estate credit skills.
• FBI background and credit check required; NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for loan production, deposit gathering, and other cross-sell goals.
• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and offer banking products.
• Develop new business relationships through networking and referrals.
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate CRE loan term sheets and documents.
• Present to Loan Committee and Senior Managers.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Mentor junior relationship managers.
• Monitor credit risk and manage portfolio quality.
