Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 7 years of related functional experience.
• Leadership experience of at least 12 months in a supervisory role, with prior new home sales exposure (6 months minimum).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve company sales results.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, business ratios and the activities of each sales consultant.
• Track backlog status and loan processes; manage contracts for timely completion.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales forecasts aligned with the business plan.
• Submit sales activity reports and other requested data.
• Staff, coach and develop sales teams; recruit and delegate to maximize performance.
