Job summary

PulteGroup seeks aSales Consultant in Florida to sell and close new home opportunities in the Vero Beach area. You will generate leads from referrals and realtors, present models and amenity packages, and explain mortgage-related details to potential buyers.

Responsibilities include preparing paperwork, coordinating with design, finance, and construction teams, and keeping buyers informed through closing. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related functional experience
• Ability to work all posted hours of operation
• Opening and closing of model park and sales center before/after posted hours
• Ability to work weekends and all non-exempt holidays

Responsibilities

• Sell and close PulteGroup products
• Monitor and meet CQE goals
• Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor group
• Conduct interviews with prospects and present model homes and community amenities
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA, and club/golf memberships (if applicable)
• Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and prospective purchasers
• Coordinate with design center, mortgage, inspection and settlement departments
• Keep buyer updated on construction progress and dates through closing
• Communicate customer information requests to appropriate departments
• Regularly audit materials for accuracy and coordinate repairs as needed
