JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join Chase Home Lending. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, marketing and promoting mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong local market insight, and proven sales experience in retail banking. Collaboration with branch teams and cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works together with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing direct mail, advertising, cross-sell efforts and digital channels.
Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
Builds relationships with customers and provides consultative financial recommendations based on needs and circumstances.
